My name is Barry Kombol and I am the President of the Rainier Legal Center. I graduated from the University of Washington in 1973 with a BA in European History after which I progressed to the University of Puget Sound Law School where I obtained my Juris Doctorate. My admittance to the Washington State Bar Association in 1978 was the beginning of 28 years of extensive and successful legal service to the communities of King County

On top of my current position of President of Rainier Legal Center, I also hold the roles of General Counsel for Palmer Coking Coal Co. and Palmer Minerals, Inc.,Secretary/Treasurer, Co-Founder, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mt.Rainier National Bank and also Secretary/Treasurer, Co-Founder and Director General Counsel for Pacific Coast Coal Co., Inc.
